Keep up the great job of recycling and keeping our community clean!  Please remember to tie down all of your garbage and recyclables when coming to the center.  We are now able to accept co-mingled glass/plastic.  Please remember to rinse out your jars and milk jugs and remove lids from your glass jars.  If the lids are metal, put them in the appropriate barrels.

DO NOT throw the following items in with the glass/plastic:  light bulbs or window glass.  These are not recyclable here.  Please ask Bill or Ron if you have any questions while you are at the center.  They would be glad to help.

Used silage bags can now be brought to the center.  We ask that farmers please roll or bag them and put them in the trash dumpsters at the center.  They are no longer recycled in a separate dumpster.

Please address recycling questions to William Lasee at 864-2501.  If you are recycling at other recycling centers for items such as aluminum cans or metals, please let us know.  The Town will get credit for recycling.  This helps us get grant money.  Notify Colleen Magley with the weight of recyclables at 864-2388. 

The Recycling Center is located at 3567 Lark Road - one mile East of Lark.

Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until Noon

FEES:

Tires = $1.00 per tire, $5.00 for large tire

Batteries = $5.00

Freon Items = $20.00
